With three decades of startup/founder experience (Australia and overseas: NGOs, NFPs, ACNC/ASIC corporations) and full-time leadership, executive management, CEO, and boardroom roles, Paul E. Momoh provides corporate governance, and supports BoDs/committees with best practices. As a lifelong clergy/educationist, his boardroom and people-centred skillset include pastoral/well-being care, human research ethics, values education, vision casting, ethical leadership, courses and curricular design.
A Fellow of the Institute of Managers & Leaders, Aus/NZ, FIML, Paul is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Aus, FGIA, and the Biblical Management And Leadership, BiMAL Institute, Aus. His recent engagements include Board Exec. Chair, FReN-Australia (2007 to date), involving ACNC & ASIC company secretariat role; Board Chair/Exec. Mentor, Leadership Education & Management Institute (LEMAN Group Pty Ltd), and Author/Founder, Life & Truth Education.
Paul earned tertiary qualifications in business administration and management, marketing, leadership, education and practical theology, including an MTh (Newcastle) and PhD (UNISA). His interdisciplinary work and research interest utilize social science paradigms involving the Academy, Church, and Society, at the intersection of ethical leadership & management, values education & practical theology.
From the boardroom to the staffroom and from the classroom to the podium, Paul is a values educationist: inspirational speaker, gifted mentor, motivational coach, trainer, and facilitator. He is passionate about holistic learning and teaching and seeks to inspire "People, Potential & Purpose". He supports students/young people to reboot their problem-solving skills, resolve relationships, and engage identity formation.
The preceding tasks speak to the purpose of Life & Truth Education: an evidence-based, non-formal model for preventive/renewal education which Paul developed utilizing empirical diagnostic tools. The model used part of the research output from his original contribution to knowledge (PhD thesis by full research). It builds on as a work-in-progress in the Humanities at the LEMAN Institute.
Paul gives back to the community as an Industry Mentor. In the IML ANZ program, he serves managers and leaders who aspire to be C-suite managers, board directors, or CEOs. In the Griffith University program, he supports students in their progression to internships/careers. In the Mentoring for Growth, M4G program of the QLD Govt Dept of Employment, Small Business & Training, he serves as a volunteer business mentor.
